Refund and cancellation policy.
How refund requests are handled for custom digital creative services.
1. Custom digital work
Our services are made to order. They may include research, scripts, storyboards, design, editing, image creation, animation, compositing and other project-specific production. Because this work is created for one client and product, refund eligibility depends on whether production has started and how much work has been completed.
2. Before production begins
If you cancel before project-specific work begins, contact us promptly. We will review the payment status and any non-recoverable transaction or third-party costs, then confirm whether a refund can be issued.
3. After production begins
Once research, concept development, scripting, design, generation, editing or another agreed production activity has begun, payments are generally not refundable for the work already completed. If a project is cancelled partway through, we may assess the completed portion and any committed external costs before deciding whether a partial refund is appropriate.
4. Revisions and dissatisfaction
Unlimited revisions are included within the agreed project scope. If the delivered work does not match the approved brief, we will first work with you to correct it. Unlimited revisions do not cover a completely new concept, new product, new deliverable or other material expansion of scope.
5. Client delays and missing materials
Projects may be paused when required assets, approvals or product information are not supplied. A paused project is not automatically cancelled or refundable. If a project remains inactive for an extended period, contact us to confirm the available next steps.
6. Approval and final delivery
After final approval or delivery of unwatermarked final files, the service is treated as completed. Refund requests made after approval are reviewed only for a clear delivery failure or another issue that cannot reasonably be corrected.
7. Third-party costs
Approved costs paid to third parties for items such as licensed assets, voice-over, stock media, special software or external production may be non-refundable once purchased or used.
8. How to request a review
Email thisistechnophile@gmail.com with your name, project reference, payment date and a clear explanation of the issue. We will review the project history, approved scope and completed work before responding.
9. Applicable rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
