This page explains what personal information MeTechnophile holds, where it comes from, what we do with it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.
MeTechnophile is a creative studio that produces listing images, A+ Content, product videos and ad creatives for Amazon sellers and for agencies that serve them. We are based in India and work with clients worldwide.
Who to contact about this policy

1. If you contacted us, or you are a client
When you email us, fill in a form on this site, or hire us, we hold the details you give us: your name, email address, company, and whatever you send us about the project — briefs, product information, images, files and messages. If you pay us, our payment providers hold the payment details; we do not store card numbers.
We use this to do the work, to answer you, to invoice, and to keep ordinary business records. The legal basis is the contract between us, or your consent where there is no contract yet.
2. If we emailed you first (business outreach)
We send a small number of business emails to agencies and companies that we believe may want white-label creative production. If you received one of those, this section applies to you.
What we hold about you
- Your name and job title
- Your business email address
- Your employer's name, website and country
- Notes taken from your company's own public website — the services you list, whether you advertise video or A+ Content, open job adverts, and similar
- A record of the emails we sent you, and your reply if you sent one
We do not hold your personal (non-work) contact details, we do not build profiles of your private life, and we do not buy bulk marketing lists.
Where it came from
- Your company's public website and public job adverts
- Publicly available business directories and professional profiles
- Hunter.io, a business email lookup service, which supplied or verified your work email address
Why we hold it
To contact you once about a business service that is relevant to your company's work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing. We have weighed that against your interests: we contact work addresses only, we write to a person's professional role rather than to them personally, we send at most three emails, we stop the moment you ask, and we never pass your details to anyone else.
Where the law of your country requires consent instead of legitimate interest, we rely on consent and you may withdraw it at any time by replying to any of our emails.
How long we keep it
- If you do not reply, we delete your details within 12 months.
- If you ask us to stop, or your address bounces, we remove everything except your email address and the date, which we keep on a suppression list indefinitely. We keep that one record precisely so that we never email you again by accident.
- If we go on to work together, the client terms in section 1 apply instead.
3. Who else can see this information
We use these services to run our work, and your information passes through them:
| Service | What it is used for |
|---|---|
| Google Workspace (Google LLC) | Our email and our files |
| Google Sheets (Google LLC) | Where our contact records are stored |
| Hunter.io (Hunter SAS, France) | Finding and verifying business email addresses |
| Google Gemini API (Google LLC) | Summarising public company information and classifying replies |
| Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) | Internal notifications to our own team |
| Hostinger | Hosting this website |
They process this information on our instructions only. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Our team is in India, so your information is handled there. The services above may also process it in the United States and the European Union.
4. This website
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
5. Your rights
Whatever country you are in, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you, and where we got it
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete everything we hold about you
- Stop emailing you — we will also add you to our suppression list so it cannot happen again
- Object to our use of legitimate interest as a basis for contacting you
The fastest way is to reply to any email from us with the word no, or to write to abdur@metechnophile.com. We will act within 30 days, and usually within two business days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.
If you are in the UK or the EU and you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
6. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
