These terms apply when you order creative work directly from MeTechnophile, through this website, by email, WhatsApp, or a payment link we send you. Orders placed on Fiverr are covered by Fiverr's own terms instead.

1. The work

We produce digital creative work: product videos, AI UGC ads, Amazon listing images, A+ Content, social media ads and related edits. What is included in each order is the scope we agree with you in writing before we start, either a pack described on this website or a custom quote. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.

All work is delivered digitally. We do not ship physical goods.

2. What we need from you

Accurate product information: claims, ingredients, dimensions, certifications and any wording that must appear.
Product photos, logos, labels or samples where the brief needs them.
Timely answers and approvals. Delivery dates move if we are waiting on you.

You confirm that you have the right to use any material you send us, and that the product facts you give us are true. You are responsible for the claims that appear in your listing and ads, and for meeting the rules of Amazon and any other platform where you use the work.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on this website or in your quote. We take payment by bank transfer, UPI or a card payment link. Unless your quote says otherwise, work starts once payment is received. Taxes or bank and payment-provider fees in your country are your responsibility.

4. Delivery and revisions

Delivery times shown on this website and in quotes are estimates in working days, counted from the day we have both payment and everything we need to start.

Seller packs on this website include unlimited revisions within the agreed scope. Agency and custom projects include the revision rounds set out in the quote. A revision means changes to the agreed deliverable. A new concept, a new product, or extra deliverables count as new work.

5. AI-generated content

Some work uses AI tools for imagery, video, voice or presenters. AI-generated creators are labelled as such on our website, and we can label them in your deliverables on request. AI output is directed, checked and edited by us, but you should check final files for accuracy before you publish them.

6. Ownership and use of the work

When you approve the final delivery and payment is complete, you get full rights to use the delivered files for your listings, ads and promotion, anywhere and without time limit. Stock assets, fonts, music and AI tools used in production stay under their own licences, which allow this use.

We do not show agency or white-label work in public. We may show work made for sellers in our portfolio only with the client's permission.

7. Results

We make creative to the agreed brief. We cannot promise sales, rankings, conversion rates or ad approval, because these depend on platforms, pricing, competition and other factors outside our control.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost sales, or a listing or ad being removed by a platform.
